Kate Mangold (b. 1982; lives and works in Brooklyn, New York) earned a MFA from Yale University in 2009 and a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2005. She has exhibited at Armature Projects, NY, NY; Dattner Architects, NY, NY; First Things Gallery, NY, NY; and Lipscomb University Gallery in Nashville, TN. Her work has been featured in Town & Country and she has been the recipient of several awards and residencies including the Virginia Center for Creative Arts Fellowship and Yale University Gloucester Landscape Painting Prize and Residency.
